Booking Terms and Conditions

1. Deposits : Moulinot - A deposit of £80 per person (non exclusive use) or £800 per group (exclusive use) should be sent with the booking form to the address shown below. Cheques to  be made payable to D K Fisheries.              

2. Balance of Payment : The balance of payment due to D K Fisheries must be paid in full at least eight weeks before commencement of the holiday date. If the balance is not received by the due date D K Fisheries reserve the right to cancel your booking and charge a cancellation fee in accordance with paragraph 3.

3. Cancellation Charges : If you cancel your holiday you may be liable to a cancellation fee as follows :-

(i)   Up to 8 weeks or more before travel date - forfeiture of deposit.
(ii)  Between 4 and 8 weeks before travel date - forfeiture of 50% of total booking fee.
(iii) Less than 4 weeks before travel date - forfeiture of total booking fee.

4. Reservation : Your holiday will be reserved upon receipt of your D K Fisheries booking form and deposit. A receipt will be issued to you for the deposit paid and details of the balance and date due will also be provided.

5. Non Fishing Guest Privilege : We offer the opportunity for an angler to bring a non fishing guest to accompany the angler, with a small charge of £20 for this privilege. If a non fishing guest breaks the no fishing rule, we reserve the right to terminate the angler and guests stay at our fishery/(fisheries) immediately and in accordance with paragraph 9 of these terms and conditions.

6. Complaints : In the event that any of our holiday makers have a complaint regarding their stay at D K Fisheries, this should be referred to either David or Kathy Walsh (on site) or to any on site bailiff or in writing to D K Fisheries, address as below.

7. Passports : We advise holiday makers to ensure that they hold a valid ten year passport.

8. Force Majeure : We are not liable for any loss, delay or cancellations due to fire, storm, flood, weather, acts of God, riots, political unrest, industrial disputes, war or any other event beyond our control.

9. We Reserve the right to immediately terminate the services we are contractually obliged to provide to you, if we, our employees or agents or any other person appointed under our authority, judge your behaviour to be likely to cause discomfort or harm to our other clients, or to any person or property. In this situation we will not accept any liability to pay you a refund or provide compensation or damages which you may incur.
